I'm a senior project manager for ERP project implementations. Working with EWPA through this Acumatica project has been amazing. Their QMS implementation was great. At every turn, if there was a question from the client, their weekly working sessions allowed them to quickly address and resolve any items that arose. EWPA make the partnership effortless. Amazing work to all involved.
We were in need of a good QMS program to help us manage all the raw material and finished product testing we do. We also needed to be able to have a better database for that testing. This product has been great and has allowed us to build that database and also have Certificate of Analysis that look professional to provide to our customers. This has also been great for managing all of the calibration required for many of our tools and equipment. This solution is still missing some things that other popular QMS solutions offer, but I have been impressed on their plan for future releases that will include some of those items.
We have have been talking / working with eWorkplace Apps for several months and decided their product would be a good fit for our manufacturing quality management needs. Their really was no better option as this software is build in native Acumatica and allowed us to utilize one system with one login. eWorkplace Apps not only build a easily customizable and navigatable software within Acumatica, but their customer service has been second to none. I would highly recommend to anyone using Acumatica who has quality managment needs to seriously consider eWorkplace Apps solution.
We are using a customized version of Acumatica 2020 R1 with the integrated Quality Module functionality to support our customer base which is predominantly comprised of Biopharmaceutical companies regulated by various Boards of Health. Our company, while not directly subjected to oversight by Boards of Health, has put into place processes and procedures designed to comply with cGMP requirements. Additionally our company tailors it product support documentation (labels and Certificates) to meet its individual customer needs. In both cases, our company managed to accomplished these tasks via manual methodologies. Integration of the cloud-based Quality Module into our daily processing routine seemed a daunting challenge. Working with eWorkplace personnel has made the transition as seamless has possible. Their expertise and willingness/ability to find time to support our integration has greatly exceeded my expectations and made the in the integration process much easier and effective.
EWPA has a great solution for those seeking a QC module. The EWPA team is also extremely responsive to any problems or questions that arise. Their understanding of Acumatica is high. My team and our clients are happy with the solution EWPA has created inside of Acumatica.
